Challenge
Thailand's alcohol laws dictate no alcoholic drinks are not to be sold via eCommerce. Wine Pro needs a website and online presence that can accept orders of alcoholic drinks without accepting orders and payments for alcoholic drinks.
A work around is needed.
Solution
By making an audit of the existing brand and website presence we devised a website that can accept orders without users making actual orders of alcoholic drinks.
We created an alternative of which allows shoppers to create lists that can be answered by Wine Pro customer service of which could then expedite customers requests. The website logic and user experience needed to be familiar to users at all times so that wine lists could be created in a similar way as universally understood eCommerce.
